Returns:
For unopened products returned within 30
days of the date of purchase, PetSage will refund in the amount on your
receipt, not including shipping fees. Opened products are not returnable,
with the exception of products guaranteed by the manufacturer. Returns
after the 30 days will not be accepted, due to the care and storage
of products. Beds, toys, and cat trees are not returnable due to health
and hygiene cautions. All manufacturer guarantees are honored.
Merchandise may be returned prepaid with
a copy of the receipt included in your shipment to: PetSage Returns,

When sending us returns, we would appreciate
it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary)
for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers’
needs and assists in our selection of better products.
We are unable to accept returns for custom
or special orders and international orders. When returning items you
have three available options.
• You may exchange it for something else
• You may ask for a PetSage store credit
redeemable on your next order
• You may ask for a refund to your credit
card All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to PetSage
is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of
PetSage.
